Report from the Director of Finance & Treasurer

Re: 2023 Operating Budget for the Consideration of Council

At the April 4, 2023 meeting of the Ad Hoc Budget Committee the following resolution was passed:

"That the report of the Director of Finance/Treasurer re: 2023 Operating Budget be
received;
and that the 2023 Operating Budget be forwarded to Council for their approval;
and that the necessary bylaw be placed on an upcoming Council agenda for
consideration."

By-Law 23-41

Being a By-Law to adopt the Budget (Estimates of Revenues and Expenditures) for Tax Supported Purposes for the Year 2023 for The Corporation of the City of Elliot Lake.

By-Law 23-42

Being a by-Law to authorize the lease of a portion of land, describe as a portion of 22 Philip Walk, owned by the Municipality.

Being a by-law to authorize a Memorandum of Understanding with the Elliot Lake Minor Soccer Association for the use of the municipally owned parking lot the Ruben Yli Juuti Centre for the purposes of portable washroom unit(s).
