At the September 19, 2022 Economic Development Standing Committee meeting the following resolution was passed. 


That the Memo from the Manager of Economic Development be Received 

Re: Process to accept offers on 255 Highway 108


At the September 19, 2022 Economic Development Standing Committee meeting the following resolution was passed. 


THAT the report of the Manager of Economic Development be received and forwarded to council;


AND THAT Council direct staff to accept letters of intent on 255 Highway 108 until October 30, 2022 and bring them forth to council at the earliest opportunity.

Re. 08-2022 Unaudited Statement of Financial Position


At the September 19, 2022 Finance and Administration Standing Committee meeting the following resolution was passed;


THAT the memo of the Director of Financial Services and Treasurer re. the 08-2022 Unaudited Statement of Financial Position be received and forwarded to Council for their information.

re. Reserves Report and Capital Forecast.


At the September 19, 2022 Finance and Administration Standing Committee meeting the following resolution was passed;


That the report of the Director of Finance/Treasurer re: Discretionary Reserves Report and Capital Forecast; be received;

And that council approve transfer in the amount of $1,500,000 from the working funds reserve to the to the Discretionary Reserves Fund; $1,332,904 to the Building and Facilities Reserve and $167,096 to the Community Hub Reserve;

And that the Budget Committee consider the state of reserves when considering municipal contributions to the reserves in the 2023 operating budget.

Re: Electronic Monitoring Policy


At the September 19, 2022 Finance and Administration Standing Committee meeting the following resolution was passed;

That the report of the Human Resources Coordinator Re: Electronic Monitoring Policy be received;

And that Council adopt the attached “Electronic Monitoring Policy”;

And that the appropriate By-law be passed to implement this policy once forwarded to Council for approval.

re: Request for Costs of: Integrity Commissioners, investigations, law firms and other costs associated with Integrity Commissioners' during this term of Council

Being a By-Law to authorize the entering into a contract with Next Generation 9-1-1 Authority Service Agreement.

Being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of Council at it's meeting held Monday, September 26th, 2022
