re: Terms and Conditions of Leased Space at 31 Nova Scotia Walk


As this matter deals with a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality it may be discussed in closed session as  per Section 239 (2)(c) of the Municipal Act it may be discussed in closed session.

re: Firefighter Negotiations/Human Resources Update


As this matter deals with labour relations or employee negotiations as well as personal matters about identifiable individuals including municipal or local board employees it maybe discussed in closed session as per Section 239(2)d and (b) of the Municipal Act 

re: Appointments to the Police Services Board


As this matter deals with personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees, as per section 239 (2)(b) of the Municipal Act it may be discussed in closed session.

re: Request to Renew and Amend Lease for Open Space Fronting Ottawa Avenue


At the April 4, 2022 By-Law and Planning Committee Meeting the following resolution was passed:


That the Memo from the Director of Clerks and Planning re: Lease Agreement between the City of Elliot Lake be received;


And that the amendment and renewal lease agreement be forwarded to Council for approval; 


And that the appropriate by-law be passed to effect this direction.

Being a by-law to appoint a Deputy Clerk and repeal By-Law 99-12.

Being a by-law to amend By-law 15-43, to authorize the lease renewal of a portion of land owned by the Municipality for the purpose of a Playground for Children.

Being a By-Law to Confirm the Proceedings of Council at its Meeting held on Monday, April 25, 2022.
