As this matters deals with security of the property of the municipality as well as a trade secret or scientific, technical, commercial or financial information that belongs to the municipality or local board and has monetary value or potential monetary value, it may be discussed in closed session as per Section 239(2)(a) and (j) of the Municipal Act.
