re: Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program ( ICIP): Green Stream - dedicated water lines servicing the North Industrial Area

re: Potential Disposition of Property on Fox Drive - update

As this matter deals with the potential disposition of property owned by the municipality it may be discussed in closed session as per Section 239(2)(c) of the Municipal Act

re: Surface Treatment of Local Roads Report

At the August 16, 2021 Public Services Committee the following resolution was passed:

"That Staff Report RDS2021-02 dated August 10th, 2021 of the Director of Public Works be received;

And That Contract No. RDS2021-02, for pulverization and double surface treatment of Boychuk, South Bay, Pine Pond and Fire Tower roads be awarded to Beamish Construction Inc. at a cost of $456,706.80 plus applicable taxes.

And That the additional cost of $151,426.00 be budgeted towards the Federal gas tax reserve.

And That this report be forwarded to Council."

re: Service Agreement Recognizing AMS as a PRO Report

At the August 16, 2021 Public Services Committee the following resolution was passed:

"That the report from the Director of Public Works dated July 27, 2021 be received;

And That council approve the signing of a new agreement recognizing Automotive Material Stewardship as a Producer Responsible Organization.

And That the report be received and be forwarded to Council for approval."

re: 400 AMP Backup Diesel Generator

At the August 16, 2021 Public Services Committee Meeting the following resolution was passed:

That the report dated August 11, 2021 by the Director of Public Works be received;

And that Council direct staff to proceed with the purchase of a 400-Amp backup diesel generator and transfer switch for the City Hall facility as soon as possible.

As this matter deals with the potential acquisition or disposition of property owned by the municipality it may be discussed in closed session under Section 239(2)(c) of the Municipal Act

re: Recognition of City Arena Staff - Red Wings Tryout Camp

Being a by-law to authorize the entering into of an agreement for the pulverization and double surface treatment of Boychuk, South Bay, Pine Pond and Fire Tower Roads.

Being a by-law to authorize the entering into of a Facility Use Agreement for the Centennial Arena

Being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of Council at it's meeting held on August 23, 2021
