Re: ESCO Facility Retrofit Project

At the February 21, 2023 meeting of the Public Services Committee the following resolution was passed:

"That the report from the Acting Director of Public Works re: Energy Services Companies Retrofit Project be received;

And that it be forwarded to Council for staff to be directed to prepare an RFP for the procurement of an energy service company consulting services with the intent of retrofitting the City’s buildings and facilities in order to reduce energy costs."
