At the January 8th 2025 Recreation and Culture Committee meeting the following resolution was passed:

That Council approve the amended agreement between the City of Elliot Lake and the Arts and Culture Roundtable in Elliot Lake (ARIEL) for operation of the Elliot Lake Arts & Heritage Centre (ELAHC);

And that the appropriate by-law be passed.

Being a by-law to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with Mt. Dufour Ski Area for the parking lot at the Ski Hill to Mt. Dufour.

Being a by-law to enter into an Ontario Transfer Payment Agreement (Fire Protection Grant) with His Majesty the King in the Right of Ontario as represented by the Office of the Fire Marshal to support the municipal fire service in acquiring critical equipment and other needs.
